/ CONTEXT

Bee Well is a school wellbeing partner that helps principals, educators, and communities build healthier learning environments. Its website is the first place school leaders go to understand the offer, explore proof, and decide whether to start a conversation. The redesign turns that first visit into a clearer, ordered decision path.

WORKING WITH WHAT EXISTS

I audited the structure and clarified the path to conversion while deliberately leaving the logo, colours, photography, and core copy intact. Designing within fixed brand constraints was the point, not a limitation to design around.

/ WHAT I LEARNED

Constraints can make a redesign more rigorous: I learned to improve the journey without rewriting a brand. I also learned that an IA argument lands best when non-designers can see the before-and-after logic, not just the polished screen. Taking the work to an all-hands made the case for clarity more concrete.
